If that's not enough, also visit the beautiful Rift Valley Lake Naivasha and the stunning mountain ranges of the Aberdare National Park and Mount Kenya. A trip to East Africa isn't complete without visiting the beautiful Kenyan coast and immersing yourself in all the country has to offer.
TRIP HIGHLIGHTS

LAKE NAIVASHA
Lake Naivasha is famous for its beauty and amazing number of hippos and flamingos! Only 1.5 hours from Nairobi, it's the perfect stop-off location on your way to other wildlife areas or an accessible day trip. One of the best activities you can do is a 'hippo boat safari' - with over 1,500 hippos in the area, you are almost always guaranteed to see them! The lake is also a birder's paradise as it is home to over 400 bird species.
ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK
The Aberdare National Park is a protected mountain range in central Kenya. You will stay in the world-famous Ark Lodge which overlooks a floodlit waterhole and a host of awesome wildlife. Frequent visitors include hyena, buffalo, elephant, the giant forest hog (the only place in Kenya where you will see it) and - if you're lucky - leopard and the critically endangered bongo. The Ark comprises three viewing decks - all superb locations for wildlife watching! It’s truly one of the most unique experiences in Kenya.

OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY
Visit the world famous Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to the last two remaining Northern White Rhino's on the planet - truly a once in a lifetime experience! Ol Pejeta, located on the lower slopes of Mt Kenya, is the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa and is home to the "Big 5" (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros).
SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
The Samburu National Reserve is arguably Kenya's most stunning game park, situated on the banks of the Ewaso Ng'iro river in Northern Kenya. Often overlooked by many travellers, the reserve is rich in wildlife (particularly elephant and the big cats - lion, leopard & cheetah) and is well-known by locals for the abundance in rare Northern specialist species such as the Grevy Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk and the Beisa Oryx. If visiting the Maasai Mara doesn't appeal to you - we highly recommend Samburu!

MAASAI MARA
Stay in a luxury lodge and enjoy an unforgettable experience in the Maasai Mara, one of the world's most famous wildlife areas, and also home to the “Big 5” (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros). An ultimate 'bucket list' destination for all wildlife enthusiasts.
KENYAN COAST
Kenya's many beautiful white sandy beaches are fringed by swaying palm trees and lapped by the Indian Ocean, making it an ideal beach destination. You will stay in a beautiful beachfront hotel, where you won't have to worry about a thing - everything will be taken care of. If you love snorkelling - the coast is the place for you as Kenya boasts some of the most beautiful Marine life in East Africa!
